First and foremost, "Dolci Fruttini" is a registered trademark owned by our company. These are small, soft jelly candies in cube form, made with fruit puree and flavoring substances. When added to the dough, they "burst" in the oven, releasing their flavor throughout the surrounding structure, infusing the dessert with a rich taste and aroma.
