ALPEN SPITZ is a concentrated blend of whole grains, rich in fiber and protein, designed to replicate a traditional bread from the Tyrolean valleys and, more broadly, the Austrian and Alpine regions. This bread is particularly distinctive due to its aromatic spices (caraway, fennel, and coriander) and the presence of soy and flax seeds.

ALPEN SPITZ requires soaking in water for a few minutes before being mixed with flour and yeast. This process enhances its aromatic notes, similar to bread made using traditional methods. It is typically used at a ratio of 40% to the flour, but the dosage can be adjusted according to the desired flavor and aroma.
