VITA-BROWN 30 is a seed-based mix (sunflower, sesame, and flax seeds) with toasted flours, designed to produce a dark-colored bread with a bold flavor and a high fiber content.
VITA-BROWN 30 provides a good protein content thanks to its inclusion of soybean grits. It is recommended to mix it with high-quality soft wheat flour for the best results.
