Non-hygroscopic powdered sugar is an ultra-fine sugar, perfect for decorating the surfaces of desserts, baked goods, fruit salads, and ice creams. It does not dissolve when in contact with moist or fatty surfaces, maintaining its original whiteness over time.

This sugar is non-hygroscopic because each sugar particle is coated with a very thin layer of wheat starch and vegetable fat, making it resistant to moisture and oils present on finished products.
