KARTOFFEL is a calibrated flour blend, ready for the production of potato bread and focaccia.
It is made from a carefully selected choice of potato flakes sourced from Northern Europe,
the leading region for high-quality potato production.
KARTOFFEL allows you to create extremely soft, light, and flavorful products with a particularly
appetizing taste. The focaccia can be customized to taste, for example, by adding rosemary,
sage, onions, olives, or cheese on the surface. It is prepared similarly to the well-known
Genoese focaccia.
