KARTOFFEL is a special concentrated flour blend for the production of potato bread and focaccia. It is added to the dough along with an equal amount of wheat flour (50% each) to create exceptionally soft, light, and flavorful products with a particularly appetizing taste.
KARTOFFEL contains a carefully selected choice of potato flakes sourced from Northern Europe. Its concentrated formula allows for full customization of the final product by incorporating other flours and/or grains instead of wheat flour.
