CHIACCHIERONE is a premix designed to turn into irresistible carnival pastries, the iconic Carnival treat, in all its forms.

It is a rich , made with carefully selected ingredients to create the most fragrant and crispy chiacchiere, with an authentic and inviting flavor.

These fried delights, loved all over Italy, change their name depending on local tradition: chiacchiere or lattughe in Lombardy, cenci and donzelle in Tuscany, frappe and sfrappole in Emilia, cròstoli in Trentino, galani and gale in Veneto, bugie in Piedmont… and many more.

Whatever the name, the result is always the same: a light, indulgent bite that smells like celebration.

The premix is perfect as it is, but you can make it even more special by adding a personal touch: a hint of anise, a few drops of lemon juice, or other flavorings to taste.
