MASTERFRUIT MIXED BERRIES is a mixed berry compote with whole fruit pieces, designed to offer structure, flavour and great versatility of use. Thanks to its special processing, it performs excellently even during baking, freezing and thawing.

The compote contains raspberry, blueberry, red currant, strawberry and blackberry, all small-sized fruits, accounting together for 70% of the compote and suspended in a special jelly that enhances their aroma, flavour and shine.
