Eska: nuovo assetto societario

After 45 years of activity, our company is changing from a partnership (S.n.c.) into a limited liability company (S.r.l.). It was in 1981 that the spouses Scucchiaro Lino and Beggin Anna founded ESKA S.n.c. di Scucchiaro Lino & C.

After the passing of the founders, the management of the company has remained family-run and is now entrusted to the couple’s three sons – Mauro, Franco and Andrea – in the spirit of continuity.

With the new company name, neither the corporate structure, nor the company headquarters, nor the VAT number changes, since the transition took place through a corporate transformation and not through the establishment of a new company. Relations with customers and suppliers therefore remain unchanged; the only element to be taken into account is the replacement of the company name, from ESKA S.n.c. di Scucchiaro Lino & C. to ESKA S.r.l.

This transformation represents for us an incentive to renew our commitment to offering the best of our production to all customers, because, it is worth remembering, our company has always positioned itself – and still continues to do so today – in the segment of medium-high quality balanced mixes, or preparations for those who prefer the more traditional term.
