The SEMICROCK line presented at SIGEP 2025 immediately gained success among our customers. We remind you that we launched it in 3 versions: INTEGRAL, CORN, TOMATO. Ease of use, flavor, and crunchiness are the strengths of these products.
Following this great interest, we now present SEMICROCK WITH ONION, with a strong and intriguing flavor. In addition to onion, it also contains powdered yogurt, black pepper, as well as various seeds and flakes.
As with the other versions, SEMICROCK WITH ONION allows you to easily make crackers with a high fiber and protein content.
It’s easy to prepare because it’s complete: aside from water, no additional ingredients are required, not even yeast.
No kneading required: just pour it into the baking tray, spray water, and bake. Specifically, on a 60x40 cm tray, slightly moistened, pour 650 grams of SEMICROCK and evenly spray 200 grams of water. Put it immediately in the oven and you’re done.
