Natural Flavoring for Pandoro
A natural composite flavor designed to enhance the taste of Pandoro, a traditional Italian dessert. Like all our flavors, this is a gel-based flavoring, also known as a paste or emulsion, with a delicately dense texture that disperses easily into doughs.
Pandoro is a rich, butter-based leavened cake originating from the city of Verona but now enjoyed throughout Italy.
It has a distinctive eight-pointed star shape, achieved using a metal mold where the dough is left to rise and then baked. Its texture is soft and airy, less fruity than Panettone but richer in butter. The Pandoro Flavoring further enhances the buttery aroma and taste of the cake. Pandoro is typically served dusted with powdered sugar.
DOSAGE: 2-5% of the dough or mass to be flavored.
