ORGANIC CERTIFICATION

The certificate of conformity issued by the ICEA - Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification, accredited by the Italian Ministry for Agricultural and Forestry Policies to issue and verify authorisations to produce organic foodstuffs, has been renewed.

We shall note that the term "organic" is used to describe foods obtained through natural farming practices which avoid the use of chemical products (such as weed killers, synthetic insecticides, fungicides and chemical fertilizers) during raw material cultivation, growth and maturation stages as well as during subsequent storage.
